Welcome to the CIMP-3D blog!  We are a metal additive manufacturing lab at Penn State that opened up in January of 2013 under the laser processing division of the Applied Research Laboratory (ARL).  This blog will host various aspects of the additive manufacturing industry, what we have been learning for a year and a half now, and our work.  This blog acts as a sister site to our main website at http://www.cimp-3d.org/index.html.  We hope that you take the time to read our posts and comment if you have something to say or more information to provide.  We look forward to creating conversations about AM with everybody.
